Darnell Swallow upset Sara Folino when he ORDERED her to make him a rice dinner. The usually calm and respectful Darnell treated poor Sara with total arrogance.

Perhaps the Head of House thought it would be funny, only he knows. But when Sara brought him the rice, he snubbed it, giving it to the other housemates.
