The slumbering housemates were woken by the sounds of reverential music.

A celebratory breakfast buffet was supplied by BB to mark the announcement of the head of house. Mohamed was one of the first housemates to be seated at the dining table.

The results were revealed. Dale received 3 votes, Luke received 2, but it was a landslide victory for Darnell with a majority of 9 votes. Big Brother announced that the house would be divided into heaven and hell.

As head of house, his first task was to choose who would join him in luxury which included use of luxury bedroom and bathroom, comfy sofas and all meals provided by those now in hell. Dale, Rex, Mo, Kat, Rachael and Maysoon were the lucky few.

The rest would languish in hell, this would include preparing all meals, sleeping in B Block, taking cold showers in the garden and no access to the pool and basic food ration.

Carnage soon erupted at the table and weapons of mass destruction deployed were tomatoes, milk, eggs any food that was to hand.

In the diary room later Darnell said “I feel like its one of the happiest moments. I’m gonna give it my all. It makes me a target but its all in the spirit of the game”.

On the other hand hellmates were discussing how they could make life for the heavenly ones as miserable as poss by providing horrible meals etc,

Hellmates faces were sad. Rebecca could not hide her contempt.

“I actually feel like crying” she moaned “I can’t deal with the laughter”
